Welcome! There is such a thing as the right fit. Am I who you are looking for in your journey? A therapist can help or hinder your growth and your professional relationship with them makes a difference. My greatest hope is that I will be able to help you and one day you will forget my name. I wish only to be your vessel toward change. I would love for every client to look back and say, "I had this great therapist who knew when to listen and when to talk, when to support me and when to challenge me, and I remember most how I was able to achieve my goals with her guidance." This process has very little to do with me. I am here to offer my knowledge and skills and you can take or leave whatever you choose. Does this sound right for you so far?
Services
Individual therapy for adults, children, adolescents; family and couples counseling
I have spent many years providing therapy services to all kinds of people. I have provided therapy services to individuals of all ages and all backgrounds. I have seen families and couples. I have provided intensive services in patients' homes. I have evaluated patients in a Level-1 trauma center emergency room in the heart of the city and intervened at the most crucial times.

The services I provide are very much a labor of love. I enjoy what I do and take great pride in my work. I am here to provide support, encouragement, and guidance. I am also here to challenge and facilitate change. If it was going perfectly well, you wouldn't be here, right? I also think it's okay to have a laugh here and there while working on yourself. This does not always have to be such a serious business. It's okay to smile, laugh, and joke just the same as it's okay to cry, worry, and fear.
The business end of the house - For Illinois patients, I accept Blue Cross Blue Choice, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, United Healthcare, and private pay. For Arizona patients, I currently accept Cigna or private pay. If you are choosing to pay out of pocket, it is $175 per session ($200 for initial intake session).
